In most cases, the app cannot function without functional data; therefore, we recommend uninstalling the app. To opt-out of sharing identifiers and geolocation with service providers, please adjust your device settings as detailed below.

Requests

To submit a verifiable consumer request to access, transfer, or delete personal data, please contact [email protected]. Include the phrase "Your California Privacy Rights" in the body of your request.

When submitting a request, please be prepared for the following:

Provide sufficient information to allow us to reasonably verify you are the person (or authorized representative) about whom we collected information. This may include: name, address, city, state/province, zip code, and email. We may use this to ask security questions for verification. Authorized agents must provide written authorization signed by you.
Describe your request with sufficient detail to allow us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond.
We cannot respond if we cannot: (i) verify your identity or authority; or (ii) confirm the personal information relates to you. We may use third-party verification services as a safeguard against fraudulent requests.
Information provided in a request will only be used for verification and will be deleted once the purpose is fulfilled.
We aim to respond within forty-five (45) days. We will notify you in writing if an extension is needed. We are only required to respond to two requests per customer per year.

Equal Rights

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. We will not set different prices or provide different quality levels of service. However, deleting certain data may result in our inability to provide the service.

Data Sale

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

I. Information We Process

Functional Information and User-Submitted Information

To fulfill our contract and provide app functionality, we process:

Activity Information: With your permission, we may read calendar info (to retrieve expired events) and photos (to search for similar/duplicate photos). We do not collect, use, or store data from your calendar or photos on any server. All files remain on your local device or iCloud.
Payment Details: For subscriptions purchased via the web (contacting [email protected]), we may request: your registration email, receipt number, or unique invoice ID.

Automatically Processed Information

With your permission, we use third-party tools (Ads and Analytics) to analyze device info (IDFA for iOS). These tools may perform User Profiling to predict preferences, behavior, or location.

Device Details: Device type, OS version, model, screen size, memory usage, and unique device identifiers.
Internet Connection: Carrier, network type, IP address, session duration, and browser.
Location: IP-based country/city, language settings, and time zone.
Cookies & Logs: We use these to optimize app performance and marketing efforts.
Ad-related Info: Ad views, clicks, conversions, and ad types.
In-app Events: Tutorials completed, upgrades, payments, and custom events.

Payment Information

Our e-commerce provider (Apple) handles all billing and charging. We have no access to your credit or debit card information.

Email Newsletters

If you "Sign in with Apple," we may use your email to send news about special offers or new features based on our legitimate interest. You can use Apple's "Hide My Email" feature or unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.

II. Purposes of Processing

(a) Service Delivery: Providing requested features and managing subscriptions.
(b) Improvement & Monitoring: Understanding behavior to fix bugs and optimize the app.
(c) Interest-Based Advertising: Showing personalized ads based on preferences.
(d) Communication: Sending newsletters, marketing notifications, and responding to support.
(e) Fraud Prevention & Legal: Detecting spam, fraud, and protecting our trademarks.

We share information only as described. We comply with the DAA's Self-Regulatory Principles for the Mobile Environment.

IV. International Data Transfer

As a cross-border business, your data may be transferred to countries (like the USA) with different data protection laws than your home jurisdiction. By using the app, you consent to these transfers. We use encrypted hosting services to protect your privacy.

We retain data for the duration of your account or as required by law (tax, accounting, auditing). You may request deletion at any time.

VII. How to Opt-Out

Marketing Tracking (iOS): Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking to manage permissions or toggle "Allow Apps to Request to Track."

Apple Ads: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising and toggle off "Personalized Ads."

Location Data: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services and set the app to "Never."

VIII. Security

We follow industry-standard measures (encryption, hashing, data minimization) to protect your info. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. If a breach occurs, we will notify you as required by law.

IX. Children’s Privacy

Our app is not intended for children (generally under 16). We do not knowingly collect information from children. If we discover such data has been collected without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.

X. Changes to This Policy

This policy is updated periodically. Changes will be posted here or notified via other appropriate methods.
