Welcome to V-Compress. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and the app developers ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the V-Compress mobile application (the "App").

By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Services

V-Compress provides intelligent media management and optimization tools, including but not limited to:

• Video Compression: Reducing video file size while maintaining quality using advanced encoding technologies.
• Image Compression: Efficiently processing images to optimize device storage.
• Preview & Comparison: Providing quality comparisons between original and compressed files before finalizing processing.

2. Permissions and Local Processing

• Photos Access: To enable compression and saving features, V-Compress requires your permission to access the Photo Library on your device.
• Local Processing Guarantee: We utilize on-device processing. All video and image compression tasks are performed locally on your device. We do not upload or store your media content on our servers.
• File Export: Compressed files are saved to your system gallery or local storage based on your explicit actions.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain premium features of V-Compress are offered via subscription.

• Subscription Plans: We offer various flexible plans (e.g., weekly, monthly, annual, or other periodic plans). Specific options and real-time pricing are displayed within the App’s purchase page.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew. Unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, your Apple ID account will be charged for the next period.
• Free Trials: If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.
• Management: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions anytime in your iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• Payment Processing: All billing, charges, and refunds are handled exclusively by the Apple App Store.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to crack, decompile, or interfere with the App’s compression algorithms or operation.
• Use the App for any illegal purposes or in violation of local laws.
• Bypass the App’s subscription verification mechanisms to access premium features.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Performance: Compression results depend on the source file format and selected settings. We do not guarantee uniform results for all files.
• Data Safety: We strongly recommend that you back up important data before performing compression. We are not liable for data loss or damage resulting from device failure, software errors, or user error.
• Third-Party Services: The App may integrate third-party analytics to optimize experience. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to V-Compress, including its source code, interface design, compression algorithms, and branding, are owned by the developer.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Revised terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
